In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council on Promoting the Development and Growth of the Private Economy (Zhongfa (2023) No. 15) and support the high-quality development of the private economy, the following implementation opinions are proposed in combination with the actual situation of our province。

I. General requirements

Second, we will continue to improve the environment for the development of the private economy
